We soldiered our way through them and by the time we were done we were hooked.
The invasion were annoying, but were not toxic. I got addicted to the combat, the variety in playstyle and the fun you could have with friends.
I had a buddy who got it as well and we Co-op'd our way through the whole thing and it was great. It wasn't until BloodBorne was released that I sat down and truly played a Souls game.Īnd it was a blast. I played games for the fun and not for the challenge. At the time I didnt realize what hard was. My first ever 'Souls' game was Dark souls 1 and quit very shortly after I stared the game because it was 'Hard'. Let me say first that I am a souls noob for the most part.
